Improve strength, agility and aerobic fitness
Women’s Outdoor Fitness is a class for women of all ages and fitness abilities - you need to be 6/12 post-natal with no pelvic floor or tummy muscle issues. (Please get in touch if you feel you have pelvic floor/tummy muscle issues that are impeding your return to exercise as I can help you with this in an alternative class).
The class is one hour and incorporates the use of various pieces of equipment eg kettlebells, pads/gloves, battle rope, exercise bands and body weight to provide a session that will improve your strength, agility and aerobic fitness making you stronger, fitter and faster. This class is perfect as a general keep fit session and also ideal as a cross training session to complement other sports.
The session provides a friendly, non-threatening environment to exercise with an atmosphere of encouragement and motivation.
