You may have noticed this already, depending on how pregnant you are, your body will go through a lot of changes during your pregnancy. There are many hormonal changes which will affect how you feel and maybe behave but there are many physical changes to your body that continue to occur throughout the pregnancy. The earlier that you can try and get on top of these the better and you will also be in a better starting position post birth.
This 3 week course will work through ways to help maintain your posture, strength and aerobic fitness and be able to advise you on how to keep the areas that become weaker during pregnancy as strong as possible and those that become tight more flexible due to the postural changes mentioned.
You will be provided with a video that has these exercises on to make sure you remember what you can do to help and access at all times.
