Pregnancy will cause your body to go through several postural changes which along with ongoing daily activities that could be repetitive and prolonged could cause areas of pain and discomfort. A massage will help to reduce the discomfort in the problematic areas and allow you to be free to get active again. You will also be advised on exercise that will help to reduce the likelihood of these problems returning. However, these problematic areas may persist in to the post-natal period so some soft tissue work following the birth of your baby may still be required to get rid of any tight sore areas and allow you to get active again.

As long as you are comfortable the session will last up to 45 minutes.
Underwear with a vest top and leggings can be worn as some of the treatment will be done through clothing.
